Blair and Ridge had an ambitious plan for their wedding day. They got ready at the Four Seasons, met at Logan Square, then took a bus around the city with the bridal party for photos before the wedding. We stopped at South Broad St, Love Park, and the Art Museum before heading back to the Cathedral Basilica of Saint Peter and Paul for the wedding.
After the wedding, everyone was lead to the Franklin Institute by a bagpiper. It was a lot of fun seeing the giant heart and the museum and they did a great job lighting and decorating the auditorium where the reception was held.

After driving back from shooting the regatta in Lock Haven, I went right to work shooting Gretchen and Mark's wedding at the Manor House in Ambler, PA as a second photographer with JDN Photography. Luckily the rain held off and they were able to have the ceremony outside. The Manor House is an old stone building in a town park - a beautiful place to get married!
Just about every Labor Day I try to make it up to Lock Haven, PA to watch the boat races. I've been going since I was born, and raced there for over ten years myself. My family carries on the tradition, but I still like to go to watch and help out. Of course, I usually bring my camera and take a few photos while I'm there. Surfer, photographer, traveler, publisher. I feel like I always need something to do or else I'd go crazy. I'm a graphic designer and photographer during the day. Ex surf magazine publisher and current freelance photographer. I've been fortunate enough to travel to a ton of cool places to shoot surfing over the past few years, but now I shoot everything from corporate events, to desktop studio photography, to professional sports to weddings.
